Drying & storage

  • Moisture sensitivity: extreme.
  • Absorbs moisture from the air. Keep it sealed with desiccant and dry it before printing for clean results.
  • Safe out of a dry box for roughly 1 hour(s) before it starts taking on moisture.

Great for

  • Soluble supports for PETG/ABS
  • Better water solubility than PVA
  • Complex internal cavities

Avoid for

  • Standalone use
  • Outdoor use
  • Structural parts

Watch out for

  • Even more moisture sensitive than PVA
  • Dissolves faster but costs more
